4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7bd7 currently processes transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.4 Verification

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• More than one bonus offer cannot be used at the same time
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gameplay use only
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing winnings from bonuses
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses by fraudulent means, the account will be closed

5.4 VIP Program

7bd7's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can gradually move up to a higher tier based on regular play and account activity. The benefits of each tier are applied automatically.

6.1 Fair Play

7bd7 ensures fair play in all games. The outcomes of all games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified by a third party.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, the relevant bet may be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded. 7bd7 is not obligated to recognise winnings arising from a technical error as valid.

6.3 Disputed Bets

If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, contact the support team. 7bd7's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if a situation arises where a bet cannot be accepted (match abandonment, rule changes, etc.), the relevant bet will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and in the event of a violation, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses by fraudulent means
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Participating in collusive arrangements with other members
• Deliberately exploiting any flaw in the platform
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or misleading other members
